"I really appreciate the service at this restaurant. They helped me a lot and I really enjoy my burger and fries. First, the handsome cashier at the front counter warmly guided me to order at the manual counter since I was waiting by the self-service kiosk. He then thoughtfully introduced the restaurant’s popular burgers in English (as I don’t speak French) and made suitable recommendations based on my appetite. Later, a female staff member helped me enter the restroom password (which I couldn’t find on the receipt) and assisted me with sorting the waste after the meal, as I wasn’t very familiar with the process."

"Hamburger is normal, nothing good or bad. But the fries are nice. Milkshake is too sweet."

"Overall, the experience is similar to what one would expect in America, however the drink costs 4.1 € and you are only allowed to fill it once, yes there are no refills. Additionally the fries are nowhere near the quality of those in America. The staff was somewhat rude to me as an American and insisted to get a person to translate despite somewhat understanding English."

"Great place for burgers. Burgers are higher quality than other fast food restaurants, French fries are good. Totally love how they tell you where to potatoes come from for the fries on a given day. the customer service is pretty good too. Finished a little bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce tomatoes, mustard and ketchup rather quickly. Quite filling! Glad I didn’t order the bigger one. The peanut butter milkshake was really good too. Although the milk shake cups are decent size for Europe, my milkshake was slightly less filled than my wife’s. Could have said something but just thought it was too much trouble. Maybe they should have a standard amount that comes out of the machine ? Overall, we love coming to this 5 Guys to get a little American fix from time to time. Do we pay for it? Yep! Drive from Marseille, and the cost is higher than other fast food restaurants. But we think it’s a great little burger date from time to time."

"The burger was delicious in that simple but juicy and decadent American way, and they're not shy with the Cajun seasoning on the very generous fries servings. But our milkshake didn't arrive until well after we had finished our meal (another French family suffered a similar fate) - maybe the French see it as a dessert? Hard to recommend with the slow service given the prices - 10 EUR for a burger and 7.50 for a medium fries."
