"My husband and I stayed at this property in February. It was nicely decorated, clean (except for a large stain on the couch) and close to the center of town, making it very convenient. Negatives are that it was very noisy. We could hear everything from next door through the bedroom wall (awkward) and construction was going on all around us. Keep in mind that there really are no amenities in the apartment. You must bring everything except for a hair dryer. The worst part was the shower. The water was lukewarm (more on the colder side) and the water pressure was terrible. Personally I prefer a hot shower, especially in winter. I also didn't care for being told to take my garbage out with me when I left, but receiving no instructions as to where to bring that garbage. I would NOT stay at this property again."

"Well equipped studio Apartment in the heart of Aix. Clean and central. Situated beside CH. Mirabeau and walking distance to Musee Granet, shops and squares packed with Restaurants. If first time in Aix, it is worth going to the Tourist Office (beside La Rotunda - big fountain) go to one of the staff for advice on anything current - they are very helpful."

"Our room was clean and cozy. It was not that easy for us to control the lights, but everything was great except that. Air conditioner works well. The owner is very kind and friendly. 👍"

"I have stayed at a few apartments/properties by Ersextius, and I have had superb and professional service.
