"An ungrounded person. We had arranged to meet today at 10:00 a.m. for measurements and explanations about the work. I called this woman on the road to tell her I was 5 minutes late (I live 35 minutes away) and this person replied, "I have friends arriving at 10:00 a.m. and we have important things to do." I don't know what to tell you. There are other very good retouchers in Aix. This is how you leave people on the road without warning. Very nice business card on the site, everything is just hot air. Unserious, disrespectful person with no manners. ABSOLUTELY AVOID."

"This poor lady doesn't even know how to hem a basic hem: I gave her 8 pairs of trousers to make, the measurements having been taken in her workshop: all the hems were made much too long (this was confirmed by a tradesman in Aix with whom she herself works). When I pointed out the defect, she started insulting you with all the names under the sun (who do you think you are, Madam?) and didn't take back the defective work. Does education and respect for others mean anything to you? I made the mistake of transferring money to her before the work was even finished... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants decent work and a respectful person, to boot..."
