"Poor print quality and average customer service. We had our event program printed by the company, the deadlines were short so we agreed to pay extra. The quality of the customer relationship was quite disappointing, we gave our proof but received no feedback apparently the email was not seen by anyone, fortunately we followed up with the company. Then we reported that there were printing problems, some pages were printed twice, thus degrading the quality of our media for which we worked hard, we received no feedback apparently it does not matter to the company that the work is poorly done. In short, we will not repeat the experience."
