"This shop works on a transaction basis rather than a customer relationship basis. As soon as you have made a purchase, customer service stops right there and then. If you try to return defective merchandise, a litany of reasons ensues as to why you shouldn’t or could not return the product. Antiquated ways of dealing with clients. To be avoided"
