"incredibly slow, he continues to work quietly behind their counter, but they do not pay any attention to the customers who are queuing, sometimes even for 30 minutes. Just to make a photocopy we are completely invisible to their eyes. Frankly the service is really deplorable."

"I've been printing here for a while now, and I've always been very satisfied. The team is professional and pleasant, and today I had another excellent experience. I needed to print two large posters for my job, but one of the files was problematic: it was difficult to open and complicated to print in good quality. I had to send several modified versions before finding the right one, and the woman who took care of me was exceptional. She remained patient, smiling, and did everything she could to help me find a solution. A big thank you for her professionalism and kindness!"
