"In response to fP's dissatisfaction this Friday, May 16, 2025, morning, I happened to be present during the very disparaging remarks made by this customer who spoke to the seamstress, who was astonished by her behavior. The seamstress was certainly behind on the sewing work she had to deliver to her customers. Isabel had been suffering from tendonitis in her arm for several days and had, however, previously warned her customer that everything would be ready between Thursday, June 14, and Friday, June 16, during the day. It so happened that the customer arrived on the morning of Friday, June 16, and I gave her my turn because it was going to take longer for me (five pairs of pants to hem). I then heard the customer ranting at the seamstress because she hadn't done the job. However, Friday, June 16th, was just beginning, and Isabel still had time to make her alterations. Faced with such anger, Isabel offered to make her alterations immediately (leaving her work in progress). Or, to give her a €14 credit if the customer would prefer to take her garment back and leave. Isabel doesn't refund her customers, but offers a credit if they no longer want the seamstress's services. Which was perfectly honorable of Isabel. The furious customer refused and called her sharply, saying, "Thief!!!" She demanded her garment back and left, slamming the door. Personally, I've been a customer for several years, and Isabel has a reputation, among the vast majority of her clients, for being honest and working quickly and well. I came from Eguilles specifically to have my alterations done, and I'm very satisfied with her service. Always true to herself, very honest, she doesn't deserve such an insult with such behavior. I would therefore advise Isabel to file a complaint with the police, given such behavior, which is as vulgar as it is obvious. As for the record."

"THIEF! Hemming cost €14. After 16 days, still no text message to tell me the hem was done. I went there to pick up my jeans without the hem. The seamstress offered endless excuses for the delay. Keep in mind that I went there twice during those 16 days to inquire about the timeframe. Both times, her response was, "If I haven't sent you a text, it's because it's not ready." Her sign says "EXPRESS ALTERATIONS the same day" LOL! Anyway, when I went to pick up my jeans without the hem, and completely fed up, she told me she doesn't do refunds!!! With such nerve!!! I WAS ONLY ENTITLED TO A CREDIT NOTE!!! €14 down the drain! When I pointed out that it wasn't a small amount, she replied that elsewhere it costs €28!!! Furthermore, the day I dropped off the jeans, she was very familiar, telling me about her encounters with men, including a client... And she questioned me about my own private life even though it was my first time there! RUN AWAY! There are much cheaper seamstresses who do just as good a job!"
