"We used to buy in this shop every year when coming to Aix,but the last two times the staff was not friendly or helpful at all. Today we went to look for trousers and asked for advice and the answer was "look over there"and the guy continued his way, bad attitude and poor service!"

"Very friendly and knowledgable staff! They clearly are experts in outdoor sports. I had a lot of questions about hiking boots for an upcoming Tour du Mont Blanc hike and they were very kind and helpful and answered all my questions. They also spoke English!"
