"I’m really impressed with the customer service! I ordered a magnet wall calendar and accidentally forgot to add my discount code. After reaching out, they still applied the discount and reimbursed me, even though they didn’t have to. The calendar itself looks fantastic — great print quality and very well made. Shipping was super fast, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!"

"Order placed on November 5th, 2025... Your website states shipping within 3 to 5 days. It's now the 21st, and I still haven't received anything. Your customer service, when I called, confirmed that the order would be shipped today at the latest... There have been no updates on your website, and no email either, so I conclude that it hasn't been shipped... I strongly advise against ordering from you again for our wedding prints!!! Avoid at all costs, 0 stars!!"

"Beautiful Cards - horrible service. Ordered 2 times there (Jun.2018 and Dec.2019). Both times there were major problems with my order and incompetent service. Never again. Order Numbers #433007 and #543689"
