"I went to this butcher shop this evening. The young man and an older gentleman greeted me politely: "Good morning, madam." When I asked for a piece of beef and requested that it be ground: The older gentleman refused to serve me, claiming that there were already pieces of meat on top of the grinder and that I should just take those! I refused. Then he said to me: "Goodbye, madam!" I replied: "Goodbye, sir?" This is a perfect example of shopkeepers concerned with retaining their customers!!! Obviously, he won't be seeing me again!!!"

"I have been very satisfied with this butcher shop so far, cleanliness, very attentive employees and well-organized store. Unfortunately, I am more and more disappointed, the cleanliness is no longer there. The employee had his phone in his hand, he served me without washing his hands or wearing protective gloves. He took another customer's money and did not even wash his hands to serve me again. I loved this butcher shop but not anymore unfortunately."
