"What can I say about this butcher shop, or rather, this charcuterie butcher? A passionate butcher who makes ALL his own charcuterie, naturally nitrite-free... Corsican charcuterie just the way Corsicans are allowed to enjoy it 😉... head cheese, which I don't usually like, is absolutely divine... pork from Sainte Victoire is out of this world... andouillette sausage, half pork and half veal sweetbreads... finding an andouillette made with veal sweetbreads in the south is a real challenge!!! After the excellent homemade merguez sausages... we'll save the marrow bones for tomorrow!!! 😂 But what a pleasure to still find such exceptionally passionate people... this butcher has already won a competition... when will he win the MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France - Best Craftsman of France) award, young man??? 🤞"

"The best butcher shop in the area and the friendliest butcher too. The meat is of exceptional quality and the homemade cured meats are excellent. The choice is not overwhelming, but what could be better than having average meats but a wide choice than having a magnificent rib of beef, chosen by the owner, marbled to the core, with an exceptional meat flavor? Nothing! I prefer to change my menu for a quality product if necessary. Thank you to this butcher shop for being there to keep good meat and pleasant moments alive."
