"Excellent farm-quality in every way (andouillette, black pudding, rib-eye steak, sirloin steak) The price reflects the quality: I was looking for a traditional butcher with quality, because too many butchers claim to be traditional, but the animals come from intensive farms; here, the meat tasted just like on the farm. A return to childhood❤️‍🔥 Thanks to the owner for coming in close to closing time, but who served me patiently. I was like a kid in front of all that good meat 😂"
