"We think there is a real problem with poorly rinsed dish soap. We have bought sausages, merguez, ground beef, and even regular steak several times and each time there was a problem with the taste or aftertaste of dish soap. I will delete my comment if this butcher makes the effort to resolve this problem."

"Always friendly welcome and quality meat! The butcher shop is clean, tidy and the windows are perfectly stocked. We want to buy everything!! Special mention for the rump steak marinated with chanterelles and the homemade merguez!! A grilling delight! Oh yes, and don't miss out on the homemade items, like their country terrine, chipos, dried duck breast and filet mignon. In short, you will understand, we love it and so do our guests 😊"

"The welcome was really unfriendly. I got the impression the man just wanted me to order and leave his shop as quickly as possible. No problem, I won't be back. Especially since there's a strong chemical smell when you walk in, and this smell affects the taste of the charcuterie, which has an aftertaste of dish soap or something else that's really unpleasant. There are friendlier butchers in the area with better quality meat."

"On vacation in the south, I used to go to this butcher's shop, which had never disappointed me until now. However, during my last visit, I was very disappointed by the quality of the products. A visiting cousin had bought a roast veal that turned out to be tough and full of sinews. Thinking this was an exception, I still bought some meat during our stay, but unfortunately, it had an aftertaste of dish soap, whether it was the roast veal, the rib steaks, or the turkey fillets. Only the dry sausage and the merguez sausages were decent. I was also very disappointed by the rib steaks, which were extremely fatty, to the point where I had to remove at least a quarter of them, as they became inedible. After this experience, I will not return to this butcher's shop and I will not recommend it. It's truly regrettable after so many years of loyalty."

"Well, let me tell you, Boucherie de Bouc Bel Air is a real game changer for all barbecue enthusiasts! Thanks to their quality products, I managed to impress my guests at my last barbecue party. Even my pickiest meat-eaters were won over! In addition to the quality of their products, Boucherie de Bouc Bel Air is also very generous with its portions. I was surprised by how thick and juicy the steaks were, which allowed me to feed my hungry guests without having to buy too much. But the highlight of the show was their artisanal sausage. I'm not sure what they put in it, but it was an explosion of flavors in my mouth! My friends even started joking about how I couldn't stop eating it. Ultimately, if you want to make your barbecue party unforgettable, look no further than Boucherie de Bouc Bel Air. Their quality meat, generous portions, and incredibly tasty sausage make them an obvious choice for any meat lover. And if you don't believe me, try them yourself and you'll see!"
