"Really not good unfortunately, very simplistic, assembly of a few tasteless elements. You are well placed but in 2025 you can no longer be satisfied with making hamburgers with dry cheap bread, a tasteless frozen steak, iceberg lettuce and tasteless tomatoes. Very disappointed"

"I ordered an Americano with escalope, salad, barbecue, and extra grated cheese, only to receive a child-sized panini with a single lettuce leaf. And they told me they'd put them on the panini shelf, even though I hadn't ordered them. I didn't realize that in a restaurant, and especially in a snack bar, an Americano and a panini were the same thing. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my order of two sandwiches. I won't complain, they did ask if I wanted them to reorder, but I told them no, I wasn't going to wait another 40 minutes for a sandwich. This isn't our first time here, and we're always so disappointed! Not to mention that some orders were delivered before ours even though they ordered after us."
