"Honestly, I had a very bad experience at ATOL Optical Center. It was my first time getting contact lenses, so I didn't know anything about them. They didn't really give me advice or offer me good options, even those covered by my health insurance. Yet I was willing to pay a little more for quality. They didn't even let me try the lenses on to see if they suited my eyes; they immediately gave me a cheap pair that was very difficult to put in and take out. I also bought a €10 disinfectant solution, without even a case to store my lenses... that really shows how cheap it is. The day I came to pick them up, no one helped me or explained how to put them in, take them out, or care for them. No advice, no explanation, nothing. Fortunately, I later changed opticians, and they explained everything clearly. Now everything is fine with my lenses. But I'll never return to this Optical Center. Poor quality, non-existent customer service. One star is already too many for them."
