"Very professional and helpful, I asked him for advice on whether a watch was repairable or not, and he was very honest."

"More than 6 months to repair a watch. No call from Atelier Cardinal either for the quote or for the slipping delay. After 2 reminders where I was assured that my watch would be treated "as a priority", I was finally given a deadline. I showed up a week after that date, and the watch still wasn't finished. I very quietly expressed my dissatisfaction, but my interlocutor made me understand that he was ill and that in short, I should already be satisfied with the fact that he is working. I saw the moment where it was going to be my fault if my watch needed service. If I acted the same way with my own clients, I wouldn't have many left! On top of that, prices have suffered significant inflation over the past 2 years. I realize I'm only a small customer with only 4 revisions in a few years, but still, it's not professional. Damage."

"True professionals in watch repair, they were able to change the battery in a vintage Longines watch, known for being repaired only by the brand's workshop (in Switzerland). Reasonable prices."
