"My wife ordered the steak. She asked for medium and it came out practically raw. She tried it anyway and it was so chewy she couldn't swallow it. They recooked it and it was still like chewing on turf. She ate none of it and spit out the only two bites she tried. When the waiter brought the check he insisted it was good. I don't know if he just enjoys extremely chewy steak or what, but Even though my wife didn't even eat a gram of it, they still charged us full price. I would avoid this restaurant in your travels to Aix, there are plenty of other delicious restaurants with good service to be had."

"Great location, and one of the servers was friendly and attentive. Service was quick. BUT one of the pieces of bread in the basket which I was given had been partly eaten by someone else, and the leaves in my salad were not all fresh."

"We spent a wonderful afternoon at AROM in Aux en Provence. The St. Germaine Spritz and Caesar salad were delightful! Hats off to our server, Alena, who ran the front of the house like a pro, speaking English, Spanish, and French, none of which is her native tongue. Highly recommend."

"This was a very nice spot restaurant in Aix. The decor is beautiful, very romantic and wistful. The service was very attentive and helpful; Isabelle was very friendly!! The drink I had was superb! I ordered the mussels as a starter and let me tell you, I wanted to lick the plate! Very flavorful and visually appealing. Do not skip the mussels! For my main I ordered the steak and potatoes and the flavor was delicious, although the steak was a little too well done for me. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant on your next trip to Aix!"
