"Personally, I think the tripe and trotters made here are the best in the region."

"The place isn't easy to find; the sign on the wall is small, and the shop entrance isn't very inviting. Despite this less-than-encouraging first impression, we decided to give it a try anyway. The receptionist was pleasant, but we were slightly disappointed to learn that it's best to order in advance. Despite this disappointment, I bought two available items, which I'll soon try and use to refine my opinion. In any case, the aroma of the food being cooked in the shop alone is already making my mouth water. Just so you know, there's no display case for the products."

"Excellent cooked parcel feet. Tripe... , customer for 2 generations for these products. Fair prices. The only downside is that the sale is only open in the morning on weekdays. Reservation / order required"

"Very friendly staff. You can buy at the factory, near the Milles Aerodrome, and also on Thursdays at the market near Place des Précheurs. It's best to order if you want specific dishes. Tuesdays for Thursdays. For example: only packages. The main dishes can be raw or cooked. Very reasonable prices, good value for money. I recommend it."
