"Pool area was clean and well kept. Rooms were okay and as expected. Service in the front desk was very nice and polite, especially the girl working there. However the lady working in brekfast was rude and inpolite to us for no reason. We don’t speak any french, the way she was speaking and acting towards us was hostile. I would advice to eat elsewhere if you want to enjoy your breakfast and start your day happy."

"Booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room that smelled very bad. When we asked to switch or get a discount they said they were full and had someone spray aerosol to try to mask it. Not a positive experience with staff. Dishes in room also were wet and not clean."

"The hotel was not clean. Reception staff on arrival quite arrogant. Room was smelly. Pillows on bed poor quality and smelt dreadful. Asked for clean pillow which was provided but bed was ynmade on my return in the evening. Also requested soap replenished in dispenser which was not done. Overall poorly managed and cleaned . Would not recommend."

"This is a terrible hotel which seems to rely on guests attending nearby weddings. I arrived and was told my booking had been cancelled. With no apology and after I had to produce evidence of my booking conversations, they said there was one room left but it had to be single beds instead of double. Without any other option we had to accept but still had to pay full price. The room smelt, wasn’t cleaned properly and the aircon didn’t work very well. Very basic facilities. Only good thing was the pool but this wasn’t big enough to accommodate amount of guests staying. Wouldn’t recommend and would not got back."
