"They helped me get into my locked home once but didn’t actually fix the broken lock so I’m locked out again. Not worth the money. If I just needed to bust open my door I could have figured that out on my own, a true professional would recognize that the lock is broken and would have warned me that I should replace it"

"I called Top Locksmith after starting to install a bolt lock into a new metal door. I realized I was in over my head when the boot plate stuck out too far. I sent them a few pictures of my struggles and they came by within 2 hours with the tool needed to finish the job (metal door latch forming tool).
