"My daughter has been dancing with the Brooklyn Dance Center’s competition team since the age of 3 — and now, ten years later, at 13, this studio is so much more than just a place where she dances. It has truly become our second home, and the people there, our extended family. Words can’t fully express how grateful I am to Ms. Denise. From day one, she has poured her heart into every single student, treating them like her own children. Her love, patience, and dedication have not only helped my daughter grow as a dancer, but more importantly, as a person. Through her time at BDC, she has gained confidence, discipline, respect, and values that will stay with her for life. I’ve watched her find her voice, her strength, and her joy on that dance floor — all thanks to the supportive, nurturing environment that Ms. Denise and her amazing staff have created. "I have been dancing at the Brooklyn Dance Centers for almost ten years, and over time, it has become so much more than just a dance studio — it has become a community and a family. The teachers here deeply care about each of their students, consistently encouraging us to grow and reach new heights in our dance journeys. Over the past decade, I’ve witnessed firsthand the dedication and passion they bring to their work. When I was younger, I didn’t fully grasp the level of detail, commitment, and effort required to run a dance studio. Now, I understand and appreciate it more than ever. Continuing, I have also created friendships I know will last a life time because of the warm and caring atmosphere created by the director. These connections have elevated my dance journey even more and made it an even more meaningful experience."
