"Normally I go to Times sq one but the movie I wanted to see wasn't showing so I went to Union sq branch. The Union sq branch was more modern, I love the big screen for the upcoming movies for advertisement in between the 1st floor and the screens floor. Also here has the bar. But the room I went in wasn't reclining chairs"

"I decided to go to this theater since it was one of the few showing the film I wanted to see with decent seats still available for the timeframe I wanted. Since the film’s running time was over two & a half hours I decided to see it in English rather than reading the subtitled version. When I greeted the cashier who was conversing with a coworker she just had a blank stare. I guess she’s used to people just buying tickets at the kiosk & not asking any questions or being polite to her. The theaters themselves were on two upper levels seemingly only accessible by escalators. However there was an employee in a wheelchair on the 2nd floor so I’m guessing there’s an elevator somewhere I didn’t notice. The woman working at the refreshment counter was a bit abrupt but we all have bad days & I’ll just leave it at that. They also have a bar area for those that are interested. If your film has a long running time & you get there early enough you can have items like thin crust pizza or hotdogs & eat them in a small dinning area which has some seats with a window view. There are other smaller areas closer the the theaters with couches & tables. The theater was clean. The seats were very spacious & comfortable."

"This theater is wonderful. Everything is bright and vibrant. However, most of their theaters seats are not upgraded to be recliners, making me most times choose other locations for a better movie going experience that's way more comfortable. These red seats are incredible uncomfortable. They are theaters with recliners and heaters on their seats. Regal please give this location an update."

"What a big beautiful theater. Only complaint, seats don’t recline. If that matters to you. The popcorn was great and there is even a bar. The staff was all nice and happy. My daughter and I didn’t care for the movie so while our family watched it (loud and fighting movie) we sat and charged our phones in the air conditioning at the bar. There is another seating area as well. Bathrooms were clean."

"I had a blast at this Yelp Regal event. Drinks and popcorn were provided. What's even cool was that all the Yelp Elites who came to this event get the whole 4th floor to themselves. It's my first time experiencing this and the whole setups was just amazing. Three different drinks and I got the Starry Dragon Fruit Blast. The drink taste very refreshing. As I walked in the theater, I spotted goodie bags with a small fan and a keychain on every seats. The movie started at 7pm and omg! I had the best laugh watching the movie "Freakier Friday" because it's so funny and amazing."
