"We booked a semi private party here for my daughter’s second birthday. I cannot thank Cathy and her team enough for making things as easy as they did. They helped us prepare for the party, set up the room, checked in on us, and made the entire process as easy as could be. Communication was over the top. Cathy replied to my texts at any given time even though I didn’t expect her to reply so quickly in the evenings and weekends. I’m so glad we booked a party here. All the kids had a wonderful time, and everything was just perfect. Big big thank you!"

"Visited on a weekday, it was basically just our family there. I was extremely disappointed to see the conditions of this place after reading all the positive reviews. It was very unsanitary - ranging from a lot of hair in ball pits to choking hazards lying around in other areas. We saw veggie strips lying everywhere, ty-raps, loose tape and more. As the place was so calm I would expect it to be in top clean and safe conditions - especially on a Monday. Would not recommend."

"Nice place. The child really liked it. The toilet and the tables near the cash register were not very clean but that didn't stop us from having a good time"

"Very clean place! With a lot of things to do, ball pits everywhere! My son favorite part was the train with a track that your child can ride. The ball pit with the monkey bars and swinging ball was also a hit. We were here for 2 hours and it was an amazing time! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!"

"Review Just had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here on Saturday. It was nice .. most importantly my baby had a great time. We booked the semi private party for 10 children + Birthday child. Things I loved : - the play area was nice and colorful - party room size was great - I was able to order pizza for the adults - you can choose between ice cream or cupcakes for the party - the person that kept in contact with me via text about the party was amazing, so helpful and patient - bathrooms clean Things I DIDN’T like: (why I gave only 3 stars) - there were 2 party helpers that I tipped at the end and they began talking in their language didnt even say thank you as if they were unhappy. I didnt have to tip .. its optional. I chose to tip and instantly regretted it because of how both women acted. It was extremely rude in front of my family. Train your staff to have professionalism and respect. - for the ice cream option sprinkles are not included……. Which it should say OR they should tell you. The girl ended up charging me for sprinkles for each child in the party …….. - when you book a party after the time is over you have to leave the playspace or pay $27 per child to re enter ….. they begin to rush you out the room before your time is up . - small pitchers of juice are $15 each -smoothie had no flavor whatsoever Experience 6/10 thank you Rainbow Playspace but that was my first and last time."
