"I wanted to wait at least 5–7 months before writing a review to give an honest and well-rounded opinion. I can confidently say there’s not a single negative thing about this gym. The staff is incredibly friendly, the space is always spotless, and the machines are top-quality and well maintained. More importantly, the members are respectful and keep the place clean, which makes it feel like a small, welcoming community :) I highly, highly recommend this gym. My only hope is that it doesn’t get too crowded. One of the main reasons I’ve stayed is because it’s never overly packed."

"Hands down one of the best gyms I have been to in NYC. Staff and owner are super friendly, plenty of equipment to go around, and overall a positive environment. Whether you are looking to get yourself into fitness or are a veteran, you can be assured that everyone here will be respectful of the space (i.e. not hogging a machine, rude, or on their phones.) and of you. The yearly commitment is one of the best prices in the city of about $65/mo for 12mos."

"One of my favorite gyms in Queens. Has a lot of great machines and the staff are really friendly. The locker room and bathroom are clean. Space is small, but you’ll get a good workout in. A day pass is $20 with card."

"This gym is easily my #1 choice as a home base, thanks to the outstanding management. Debbie welcomed me into the club with open arms, and her genuine thoughtfulness and kindness make all the difference. She truly cares about the members, ensuring everyone is well-supported and comfortable. The level of maintenance she upholds is remarkable. Everything is always in top shape, clean, sanitized, and well cared for. It’s amazing to have such a fantastic gym just blocks away from home!"
