"Great customer service, I by mistake came with less money they told me that I can come back and pay it a different day they didn’t make me crazy about it they didn’t give me any attitude about it the customer service remained great"

"If you are looking to buy a BRAND NEW phone please make sure you ask before you buy from PlanetCell.com, I found that some of the phones that Planet Cell is selling are refurbished phones without even mentioning on their website that they are refurbished. So just don't assume that Planet Cell is selling brand new phones, as you can see in owners comment bellow, in their own words- see the response of this review below, - owner admitted that they aren't selling BRAND NEW phones if it doesn't say BRAND NEW in the item details - which BTW I haven't found ANY item on their website that says BRAND NEW - . Also they will sell you Verizon unlocked phones that will only work with Verizon network, other GSM networks i.e. TMobile will only work on the 2G network. when I emailed them that it doesn't work on other GSM networks, they claim that phone should be working good, you just need to order a new SIM, that will work with TMobile, which is completely false, my sim card is working on a TMobile network."

"Not to be trusted!!! I asked for a original apple wire and was charged $25 and it wont work with my apple phone and i passed by a apple store to see what the problem i was told its not original apple cable so i went back to this store and was thrown off saying im lying!!! Just be carefull"
