"My 10-year-old has been going to NSB since she was three years old. What I love about NSB is it truly focuses on each individual dancer, helping them reach their full potential and define what their own goals are. There are some dancers who are in the studio 7 days a week, some who come for one class a week, and there isn't a tier system where casual dancers are treated as less than that you sometimes see at other studios. At one point, my daughter took a year off from dance to explore other extracurricular activities, and appreciated the transparency and ability to come back to the studio when she realized that NSB was where she wanted to be. You don't always have that communication and understanding from other studios! I love that there is a competition track that offers multiple points of entry and levels of commitment. The teachers are passionate, serious working artists in their off-time, and you can see that they truly are training students for how to truly think like a dancer. The recitals are a highlight of the year, and are a fully professional production. A lot of thought and work goes into costuming and choreography, and fees and obligations are clearly spelled out at the beginning of the year, with opt-out potential for students who don't want to participate in the recital."

"We have been sending our daughters to Next Step Broadway since they were 2. NSB not only teaches many different styles of dance but gives kids the confidence to perform and compete. There is no other studio like this in the area. Thank you to Ms Morgan and all the other awesome NSB teachers for helping raise strong and creative children."

"We've been at NSB for 5 years now and I'm impressed on how much progress my daughters have made over the years. My oldest has been with the competition team for three years now and is loving every minute of it. All the teachers they've had have been great and are always available if we have questions or concerns. It's a great dance studio and I really enjoy the adult classes they added this year. Who knew tap dance could be a great cardio workout!"

"I’m giving two stars because they refunded my money. Some issues -Levels don’t make sense: the young children’s classes are too easy and my child was bored. -the adult tap was mostly watching the instructor dance at an advanced level but not effectively teach -My daughter’s tap shoes were stolen. I left them behind accidentally and instead of keeping them in lost and found, someone stole them. - Kids don’t have room to congregate so they are randomly on the floor in groups."

"$200 for a recital fee that they didn't tell me about ontop of $160 a month for them to stretch for 45 mins and spin around a room. My child has learned one ballet move over 7 classes. No proper seats for the parents to wait and so you either stand waiting or your back hurts for several days after sitting on an awkward bench. The front desk receptionist keeps the lights on but tells you to call or send an email or anything beyond extremely basic questions."
