"Worst service at a amc. The employee are not helpful and condescending . I asked two time if this was the right auditorium and only noded. They just let me go to the wrong direction wasted time and money. They treated me like I was trying to enter without paying. I told them you just scanned me and he said it doesn't matter in a very condescending way. I will not be coming to this location. Such poor customer service."

"Booked a day in the city centered around a movie and the system was down so they couldn’t sell tickets. No wonder theaters are going bust."

"Loved this theater especially on week day when it is not crowded have not been in four years I hope it still an oasis in the desert of Manhattan very mature surroundings I have previously found that u can't beat this theater as a refuge on a hot summer day when u just want to relax CHECK IT OUT I'M SURE U WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!"

"This theater is so strange. It's one of my favorite major-chain theaters in NYC in regards location, screen size, and and quantity of actual theaters and movies shown. It even has a proper IMAX screen, and a Dolby Digital theater. But AMC is just doing an abysmal job at managing and staffing it. You can never actually find anyone. They have a separate ticket line for AMC A-list ticket holders, and never have a person to man said line. People wind up awkwardly going up to it, and the sole ticket taker usually has to scramble to accommodate them. Some of these poor ticket takers seem nice enough, but there's never enough of any of them and nobody seems all that interested in their jobs. It's a pretty terribly managed and understaffed theater. It's a shame, because it's aesthetically nice otherwise."
