"2 stars. This theater has clearly cheap seating, with rests broken and such. The prices, contrary to many reviews, are unreasonable to the average civilian. My 11 year old niece was charged with adult pricing. We were on a budget for the next week, saving up because of this theater. We had to sneak in our water that my niece needed, because we saw someone being held back from entering by having theirs. Maintenance is also badly handled. With just one look upward, you would notice scratches, cracks, and more. The experience wouldve been a 4 star without these cons."

"For the price of the tickets and snacks it's more then you can ask for. It might not be the biggest theater but it's an amazing place to just go watch a movie, it's not crowded or overpriced for anything. They have arcade games to play while you wait or even after the movies. The staff are nice. It definitely doesn't deserve the hate. Will be coming back!!"

"The workers are nice and they let me use their tape A lot of the stores will not let me use that tape so I actually appreciate them letting me use it. One bad side is that there was a rat in one of the movie theaters but the movie was not bad. It’s a good movie theater if you’re low on budget."

"I come here regularly with my son. As much as I like this theater I have to agree with the prior reviewer who stated the gentleman taking the tickets can be quite unfriendly. Aside from that the concessions staff is very friendly. No - the theater is not as updated and new as some of the others. However, it is great for kids and birthday parties. I came here on a weekday with my 10 year old to see Inside Out and we were the only people there. My son loved it. The video games are great, the prices reasonable. We live locally and ride over on our scooters and they are always friendly and give us a space to put them. I will keep coming to this theater and supporting this business. It has been here my whole life and is one of the last little theaters left in Brooklyn. Great little theater. Even though it is does not have modern upgrades- the Brooklyn nostalgia alone is worth the trip. Definitely recommend!"

"The movie theater was in a poor state of cleanliness. We decided to take the kids there since our usual theater was fully booked, but we won't be returning. The staff displayed a very unwelcoming attitude, particularly towards children with food allergies. The representative at the front could benefit from training in customer service and perhaps even some psychological support. His demeanor is evident in the attached photos."
