"IPIC Theater is an amazing movie experience! The reclining seats are incredibly comfortable, and the in-theater dining makes it feel truly luxurious. The food was delicious, the service was quick and friendly, and the whole atmosphere felt upscale and relaxing. Perfect place to enjoy a movie in total comfort — absolutely worth."

"Smelled like greasy in the theater.. and they played movie without sound for 5min and it took them to some times to figure out. The service was very attentive and quick, nice."

"This was such an experience! The staff are so friendly! It was our first time so they took the time to explain how it works, our seating perks, and where the bathroom was (3rd floor). The vibe of the theater was so vibrant and artsy. It felt like I was in a gallery! The bathroom was its own mini gallery with a whole seating area. We got the premium plus seating so we could get our food and drinks brought to us! We got pod seats which felt private and very cozy! There's a nice little shelf in the corner to put your stuff and a table in between the seats with the call button on top. The seats were so comfy, a little noisy when reclining, but not bad at all and there were blankets! Our server was kind and the wait was not long at all. There is a $75 authorization hold but it depends on what you get. There's a big selection! We got an itemized receipt near the end of the movie. The food was delicious and warm. Drinks were nice and cold and there's a convenient cup holder that you can collapse or tuck back in. I would definitely come back here!"

"I went to IPIC Theatre down at South St Seaport to see ‘The Woman in the Yard (which was good; very suspenseful), and had a fantastic movie going experience. This is very different from the usual movie theater environment. The draw here is the incredibly comfortable seating and fantastic food options. For seating, you have the premium plus option where you can order food and it’s brought out to you. Or you can opt for the standard seats or the chaise loungers, where you go get your own food. As I was alone, I went for the standard seat, which was very comfy. You’re pretty close to the screen, but not too bad. The chaise loungers are in front of the standard seats and thus very close to the screen (too close for my liking), but there were people in that section, nonetheless. As mentioned, depending on your seating you can have food delivered directly to you, or you can pick it up yourself and bring it to your seat. What sets this place apart is the menu. They have real food. From loaded nachos to buffalo wings and so many things in between, it’s all about enjoying great dishes while watching a movie in a super comfy lounger. The focus on food is not surprising, as on the third floor there is a very nice bar and restaurant. Overall, I truly enjoyed this theater, as it’s different from most others. The staff is friendly, the bathrooms are very clean, and the overall atmosphere and interior design is fantastic. Even though I’m in the general area quite often, this was my first time visiting this theater. I will most definitely return, but next time I’ll come with an appetite!"

"Loved the theatre. So comfortable with lots to do indoors or outdoors on a nice day at the South Street Seaport. The Theatre is very nicely designed. Everything from the bathrooms, floors, ceilings, and - of course - the comfortable theatres. We ordered to our seats. Service was slow. Everything was expensive, although that's expected. I highly recommend and look forward to returning. Pics are of the theatre and the area."
