"My husband and I did this as a date night. It was our first time doing an escape room and we had a fantastic time! The host of the room did a great job giving us little nudges at times when needed. Just the right amount of support. The room was so much fun with little surprises that we loved. Overall a fantastic experience!"

"Update: Company reached out and made things right which I appreciate. My original experience is below. ‐------ 2 stars: Staff were nice, but the mob money heist room was very disappointing. Our group has some experience with escape rooms (each have done a few separately), and we finished in 30 minutes with no hints. Feels like a waste of money for the experience to end so quick, and it did not feel satisfying (no one greeted us when we finished...lol). Puzzles were too few and too simple, not requiring much thought. Clues were too obvious. Room and props were worn out. One prop was very finicky and would not work for a few minutes. This room might be good if you are brand new to escape rooms. I am not sure if all rooms at this location are like this, but I will not be back to figure that out."

"Took my family to Exit and we played the mob heist, it was so much fun and clever that we then played another game Sugar Rush. Both games were a lot fun for us and the kids as well, highly recommend activity."

"We had such a great time at EXIT Escape Room in Manhattan! Shoutouts to Mike, who was super kind, welcoming, and whose witty comments really set the tone for a fun afternoon. We tried two rooms: High Speed NYC and The Witch’s Curse. High Speed NYC had the setting of a malfunctioning subway train, with some really intricate and clever puzzles that we weren't expecting. On the other hand, The Witch’s Curse was more magical and creative and made us think outside of the box. Both rooms were extremely fun and unique. Overall, EXIT Escape Room was a great experience, and we’d definitely come back to try the other rooms. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a memorable escape room in the city!"

"This was a great experience! We love escape rooms and we booked "sugar rush". It was so different and fun. The owner was super nice! If we are back in NYC, we will definitely go back! He offers a discount for your second game, which is awesome. Plus you get treats during the game!"
