"Hello friends! This review is about sustainability only. I absolutely adore this space and your theater and your service. But I am very disheartened to see so much single used plastic sold on site to folks who are coming in for a 2 to 3 hour movie. All of this plastic used in such a short amount of time, only to be sent to the landfill, incinerator, or ocean. Because after all, over 95% of the plastic that we used does not get recycled, even with the best of intentions. By now there are so many more options to pursue than just plastic bottled water. Perhaps you could look into canned water, as aluminum is actually infinitely recyclable. Or perhaps you could start a campaign that encourages folks to bring their own reusable water bottles. I love that you have a water refill station, why not communicate more about it! But as we face the plastic pollution crisis as a world, as a city, and right here in our own neighborhoods, I felt compelled to share my dismay at the seeming normalcy of all of this trash. Thank you for considering, and for potentially looking into greener options. Again, I really value this wonderful space, and love to see my films here. I think it would be an even cozier experience if it felt even somewhat more aligned with our surrounding Brooklyn ecosystem."

"Love the old school vibe of this theater but the seats are not the most confortable. They are pretty small and will dig into your hips if you are a slightly curvier person. Concessions are good. First come first serve seating like the old days so you have to arrive a little early."

"Love this theatre - beautiful inside and out! They kick off the summer with the Bam Memorial Day festival which a beautiful event for the Black Diaspora! Food, fare, beautiful people and fun!"
