"Pretty standard movie theater, fairly clean and the employees were nice. The theater had reclining seats that were comfortable. They warn you on the website that the movie will start 25-30 minutes after the listed showtime and that was accurate. Saw Good Fortune and it was pretty funny!"

"It’s tough to build a new multiplex cinema in Downtown Manhattan, but this place is a great attempt at that in the early 90’s - and it’s been well adapted to today’s standards. The screens take the entire wall and the seating is very comfortable with more than enough leg room, even in the fully reclined position. They have a great location and it's always a good experience."

"We came on Thursday excited to watch Dead to Rights (Nanjing Massacre), but the hard drive hadn’t arrived yet. Nora, the manager, went above and beyond to rearrange things for us. Thanks to him amazing effort, we returned on Friday and finally enjoyed the movie. The whole experience showed truly outstanding customer service — Nora turned a small setback into a wonderful, memorable visit!"

"Love this place but I feel like some employees are not friendly: I went in to see thunderbolts with my cousin and they told me they don’t accept cash anymore. I always paid with cash. Then they told me I needed to go to the machine to turn the money into a gift card. when I first told the lady how I do it she gave me a sigh like if I was bothering her. then another African American lady with short hair gave me a nasty attitude. I asked for the lilo and stitch combo and she ask which one I wanted. Since the tins and cups was behind concessions I couldn’t see. From far away it looked like two different color tins and different cups. When i asked does she mean the toppers she sorta of yelled aggressively with an attitude. Im an introvert and I normally stay quiet and that’s what I did. it’s 2025, leave that attitude at home. Treat others how you want to be treated. this isn’t really an issue but I’m gonna start coming here less because it’s a pain to put the money in a gift card. That’s too much work. when I’m at concessions I don’t know what I’m gonna buy and when I finally figure it out I have to get off line to go on the machine. this is a inconvenience."

"Super comfy seats ! Also a convenient location deep inside the east village. This is your local movie theater. I suggest you go on weeknights. It’s empty and quiet and just perfect for a solo movie night out!"
