"It looks nice on the outside but the inside it's a different story. This theater is disgusting. The red leather seats are worn out. The carpet on the floor is filthy. The bathroom is nasty. The popcorn and the soda is overpriced. The audience in the theater is rude . There was a lady looking like she was homeless made herself at home by leaning.back on the chair kicked off her shoes like she was in the comfort of her home. She kept on scratching like she had fleas. If you want to pay money to have people talking, yelling on the phone while the movie is motion this place is for you."

"There are MICE in theater 6! Two mice came right up to me and I was forced to watch Wicked: For Good with one eye on the floor and my feet off the floor the entire movie. Not a comfortable experience. I am shocked that an AMC theater in the heart of the UES is this disgusting. Avoid!"

"Stopped by a few weeks ago with my partner, overall good experience. There was one employee working at the concessions (an older woman). She was extremely sweet & accommodating, very great customer service! Unfortunately the overall rating is a 4 due to the seating quality, which I hope can be upgraded sometime soon."

"We chose this theater because it was the closest to my school and even waited over two hours to finally watch our movie. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. Theater Room 1 smelled extremely bad — like a dump yard — and the seats were filthy, with stains and old cushions that looked disgusting. The walls and overall condition were very unhygienic. I honestly felt uncomfortable sitting down and worried about bed bugs. I’ve been itchy ever since I left. This place seriously needs a deep cleaning and remodeling. Very disappointing experience after waiting so long."

"The movie was really fun! the seats was comfy and perfect place to hangout with family or friends there, + i notices the soaps in lady restroom, only have little bit and the toilet was dirty But yesterday I noticed those workers were doing such an amazing job! people were cleaning upstairs and overall the experience was amazing!⭐️"
