"We hired Victoria in July for a dinner at home for nine people, and the experience was absolutely perfect. We requested a vitello tonnato as our main course: a true delight, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant! Victoria handled everything with passion and professionalism: decorating and setting the table, preparing the meal while we leisurely enjoyed an aperitif with our guests, and then organizing the starter, main course, and dessert service with professionalism and elegance. The dishes were refined and delicious. She clearly possesses a high level of technical skill and sources very fresh, seasonal ingredients from local producers in the Aix-en-Provence region.
