"As others have mentioned this is the best coffee that I was able to find in Aix and it was very good. The espresso was balanced and smooth. I really enjoyed it. The double espresso was reasonably priced. The coffee companion enjoyed the cappuccino but enjoyed the ceramic mugs even more! The space was cozy and the staff were very kind. Only regret was finding it on my last day"

"Simply the best coffee shop in all of Aix! And I’ve tried many of them. Cascara is a pure espresso cafe and not like others who try to wear too many hats in offering a wide range of options on the menu. The menu here is excellent…hand crafted drinks and easily the best chocolate croissant in town…. and some really good chocolate chip cookie cakes that days I was there. Cascara serves a nice variety of espresso drinks served with proper coffee house etiquette, and a few baked goods that are also the top of their game. WiFi is solid, the shop is small and very VERY clean with hip cool vibe. Service outstanding and the barista who runs it is serious about how the drinks are made. My only regret is that I am writing this review and the next time I’m there the line will be too long.😳"
