"We stumbled upon this boutique while strolling through Aix en Provence. Sylvie was brilliant at explaining all the teas and letting us taste them. She was very kind and spoke to us in Italian to make things easier. If I could have this store in Milan, I would always go there. It was a wonderful experience."

"I seldom leave a bad review but the salesperson here was the only service staff in France I’ve encountered this trip who is unfriendly and unhelpful. In contrast to the staff in all other shops in Provence who are warm, patient and happy to help, the older female staff in this shop marred my experience here with her dismissive attitude. I informed that I was looking for gifts and was pointed to some packages which I felt were too bulky for my limited luggage space, as I am here on a long trip and traveling back to Asia. When I asked if they had anything smaller, she looked offended, said no and walked away. On my own I found some other individual boxes which I felt were suitable, but decided not to buy them because of her."
