"I ordered a hot chocolate… which wasn't hot at all. I pointed it out, and they refilled it—but this time, it had neither the taste of chocolate nor the expected warmth! At €5 for a standard-sized hot chocolate, that's frankly outrageous. I also ordered an orange blossom muffin: raw batter, unpleasant texture. Honestly, they need to go back to basics!"

"The current offer (on social media, website, and posts) of "buy one get one free" isn't accepted here, even though this Columbus Café is listed as a participating restaurant on the website. The cashier told us: "The owner didn't give us permission, so we're not offering this offer... which has been valid for 8 days and will continue for another 7 days!" It's just pathetic."
