"Highly incompetent. Why are they being paid? To not process files, to make mistakes in the files, to be unreachable, to hide behind closed doors? How far will this go? How long will it last?"

"My opinion does not concern the CAF agents but the security agents! I asked for a telephone appointment in order to be accompanied in a process but apparently it is not possible to be accompanied by telephone (they broke our heads to go by telephone and email to be incapable of managing situations remotely that said!). I therefore specify that I do not have a vehicle and mother of a newborn of 6 months, I do not have an agency which is less than 30 minutes from my home! The person on the phone did not want to know anything, it was either I manage to travel or I go to see and I manage my process clearly! So I am given an appointment on Friday August 1st at 9:15 a.m.! So I ask my sister-in-law to take her time on her day off to take me to the appointment! So she lives in Martigues, I live in Berre l'étang, the meeting is in Aix-en-Provence, I'll let you calculate the kilometers for this poor woman who doesn't have to carry her sister-in-law around! We arrive in front of the agency at 9:18 a.m. but it turns out there is no parking, we have to park on the public road with a 6-month-old baby in a stroller! We arrive at 23 in front of the gate, which is only 8 minutes late! The security guard clearly ignored us because we didn't arrive on time! No possibility of communication, no humanity! We have terrible heat from the morning, the only excuse was "you just have to arrive on time!" followed by total ignorance, finding myself in front of the gate in a stroller accompanied by my sister-in-law coming from Martigues! Security guard or not, instructions or not to be respected, I'm sure that if I had been allowed in, I would have waited in the waiting room whether I was on time or not! I find it unacceptable to not accept an 8-minute delay on our part when they allow us to wait in the waiting room when we have also been given an appointment! No humanism! It only suits them!"

"It's June 6th, and your system shows that you're processing AAH applications from April 14th, which is incorrect. My application, received by you on April 4th, has not only not been processed, but this morning I was told I'm starting from scratch and my account has been closed. The agent on the phone promised a quick turnaround by escalating my case, but my file has already been marked as a priority for seven days. Why are you processing applications submitted after mine? Shouldn't they be processed chronologically? To be clear, I'm talking about an AAH application, which is a minimum social benefit. I was promised a callback today, then told it would be within three days. I'm desperate. It's 4 PM, the CAF (Family Allowance Fund) is closed, and my application still hasn't been processed. I haven't been called back, and the appointment was missed."

"The fact the Google review people are more responsive than the office themselves is so infuriating. I showed up for my meeting 3 minutes late because the bus wasn’t showing up and when I told the man outside the gate the situation all he says is for me to schedule another meeting. I return home for the summer in less than 2 weeks there’s no new meeting to schedule; there’s no time. Mind you the man didn’t even come out for around 5-10 minutes so when I told him I was a few minutes late, he’d bypassed my schedule time by 15 minutes and refused me. No point in the bot telling me to get ahold of the office by email or phone because you people don’t reply to either one. Your services are near useless. By the time you manage to be willing to help me I won’t even be a student here anymore."
