"Penguin Ice Cream on Canal Street is a hidden gem! I stopped by on a hot day and got a mango bubble tea,it was exactly what I needed. The flavor was super refreshing, not too sweet, and the portion size was just right. The boba had great texture too, soft and chewy, not overcooked like in other places. The location is perfect, just a block away from Little Italy and right near Chinatown, so it’s a great spot to grab a cool drink or snack while exploring the city. Whether you're walking around shopping, sightseeing, or just need a quick break, this place is ideal. Fast service, clean inside, and they have other treats like ice cream and shaved snow too. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for something cold and tasty. I’ll be coming back to try more flavors for sure!"
