"I’ve been coming here for close to a decade and the drinks have always been consistently great, with kind and fast service. I usually make a mad dash here after waiting in the Wah Fung line and the owner is always courteous to let me eat outside food in his store, which he doesn’t have to do. There’s lot of chain options on this block (KFT, Molly a few steps away, etc) but I always come back here because the tea is great (I love the Oolong Peach!) and not corporate-backed. Three sets of tables and chairs to hang with friends and take a reprieve from the heat"

"Absolutely worth it and very reasonably priced. Across the street from the massive Kung Fu Tea chain but 10x better. Lots of options and kind enough to customize if it’s slow. Highly recommend the passion fruit green tea with mango popping boba!"
