"I’ve been coming to this place for years and never in my life have I had an order messed up not once but twice ! I always order a large coconut milk tea with Oreo and boba. Somehow the machine you order on by yourself added mango jelly ?!! I’d never do such an order that’s gross to mix honestly. When I was handed my drink I told the guy it must of been mistake on the machine of some sort because I’d never place an order like that. He said he wasn’t responsible for it. I said okay I’m going to order another one this time he took the order on his machine. I told him the same drink minus the mango jelly. So A LARGE COCONUT MILK TEA WITH OREO AND BOBA. I ended up getting a coconut milk tea with only Oreo no boba. I just don’t get it. Never in my life have I had this happen here or even be treated the way I was when asked if he could fix it. I’ve been a loyal customer to this business and same exact spot for years since I’ve found it. I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back. I don’t want to be one of those people but I’m being one of those people to give 1 star if I could give zero I would. If you won’t fix peoples drinks out of error and do it correctly the second time even when they pay please put up a policy saying so because you don’t have one!"

"Great location, the staff is always helpful and efficient. Classic king fu tea everything is tasty and made fresh to order. I got a pineapple slush on a hot day and it was absolutely delicious."

"I made an online order today around 3:16 wasn’t going to be ready until 3:21. I was there early so I didn’t care about waiting . At the end when I receive my drinks I got mango jelly in my KF Tea drink that I customize. My Mango Green Tea that usually come with mango jelly at this location didn’t have any inside. I was told today from the gentleman who was the cashier (he was very respectful about it) that’s they don’t put mango jelly’s inside. At Certain Kung Fu Tea locations they do but the Park Slope one does not. He stated something about different owners. Everytime I order Mango Tea from this location Mango Jelly is always inside my drink so I didn’t understand why it wasn’t in my drink. It’s literally an option on the app so I assume like normal it would be inside the drink. I was literally at this location on the 8th of October I got mango jelly in my Mango Green Tea so the one day difference didn’t make sense to me. The .50 difference wasn’t the issue but if I knew it wasn’t going to be inside I wouldn’t have order the Mango Green Tea. I would of actually made my other drink a large and dip."

"Really loved my almond milk bubble tea! Such a wonderful place to come to and enjoy a vast variety of bubbles tea of seasonal and tried-and-true flavors. The dumplings were absolutely delicious, too, and steamed to perfection. The interior is well equipped for social distancing by providing takeout orders in an easy fashion. Above all, their bubble teas are amazing. Go visit."
