"Buyer beware! Terrible customer service. Refuses to ship an item that they admittedly left out of a shipment. I will not order from Kettle & Cord again. Their shipment was sent by very slow freight and the shipping box was both crushed and ripped open due to insufficient packaging. According to K&C, the missing item was never in the box."

"Even changing name and fancy renovation do not help. Same obnoxious arrogant people, pretending to be fancy but just a very expensive without any reason. Mikve kelim on the spot only for stuff you bought in the store. Bad useless customer service. In addition no parking. Probably they should do other business"
