"Do not order egg waffles from this place, the wait is time consuming. I ordered online for pickup, I arrived there 10 min after and had to wait an extra 15 min. They wait for every order in the kitchen to be done to bring it outside, instead of bringing it out when it's done. So also expect it not to be warm. What really added the cherry on top was when the girl took her sweet time to pack it up. I don't like to talk down on food service workers, so I told her thank you after all of that."

"Their egg waffle is the best I had in nyc! Super crispy and soft inside! Their drinks never disappoint! Especially their seasonal drinks are so special and fresh! Highly recommend!"

"Not expecting the waffle to taste so bland. Ordered the black sesame and biscoff mochi waffle. Barely had any taste of the flavor in them. Picture shows that there is fillings inside but it was all dry inside. Took a while for it to be ready as well"

"Good experience! Their drinks are yummy and well made. We ordered the coco mango 50% sugar and oat milk and the lychee dragon fruit with 70% sugar. The spicy popcorn chicken was yummy but a little disappointing because of the portions and the pieces of straight up crunchy flour."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. I’ve been a loyal customer until today, but what happened was completely unacceptable. The drink I was served had a strong, unpleasant odor—more like perfume than tea. It tasted like someone had poured Chanel perfume into my cup. I believe the employee who prepared it may have added something inappropriate, don’t even know what to think... When I brought this to their attention and requested a replacement, they refused. I then asked for a refund, but they told me they have a new policy that doesn’t allow refunds under any circumstances. To make matters worse, the payment system didn’t provide me with a receipt, so I have no official proof of the purchase—only my bank transaction. This raises serious concerns about how transactions are being recorded and whether all sales are being properly reported for tax purposes. I hope this issue is addressed immediately. It’s not just about customer service—it’s about health, safety, and accountability."
