"There’s a reason why this place is always packed and people line up to get their bubble tea. This place is amongst the top in our go-to places for bubble tea in Manhattan. And it’s conveniently located next to Herald Square too, near Macy’s. I either go for their matcha, brown sugar drink or mango combo."

"HEYTEA is so tasty, none of the other tea/boba shops come close to it in my opinion. Definitely order in advance because the wait time can be very long. But they operate efficiently like a machine (as is their model). Highly recommend the mango coconut boom or the matcha. Also their coconut jelly is so good I'd add it to anything."

"Matcha Lovers’ Paradise in NYC! 💚 So I finally checked out HEYTEA and wow — my hunt for the best matcha in NYC just got serious! 😍 The place was super busy, yet the vibe was full of energy and that matcha aroma everywhere 🍵✨. The cashier was super polite, patiently explaining the difference between their Cloud Matcha and Triple Matcha — I went with the Triple Supreme Matcha Latte (their bestseller!) and it did not disappoint. ✅ Order experience: They said the wait was ~11 mins, but my drink arrived in just 5 minutes — impressive speed ⏱️ ✅ Taste: Absolutely creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. The hot jelly inside mixed with the cold matcha created a magical contrast 💫 🚫 Only small downside — no almond milk option, just whole milk. But honestly, the flavor was so good I didn’t even mind! 🔥 Verdict: So far, this is the BEST matcha I’ve had in NYC (and my journey isn’t over yet 😉). If you’re a true matcha fan, this spot is a must-try! 💚 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)"

"I tried the Matcha Cloud with cream cheese on top and the Cloud Mulberry Strawberry Lemonade, and both were unexpectedly so good. They were around 9 dollars each and I liked them so much the first time that I actually came back again to the same spot."

"HEYTEA – Herald Square, NYC Drinks Tried: Mango Grapefruit Boom, Passion Fruit Blast Located in a prime spot at Herald Square, HEYTEA draws a lively crowd—which can lead to a bit of a wait for your order. That said, the drinks are absolutely worth it. Both options were incredibly refreshing, with the ability to customize sugar and ice levels to your taste. A must-try spot for fruit tea lovers!"
