"The main thing in the middle of the store is their tea bar where you can try out different teas brewed to perfection by the workers. The first 2 are free but you can continue to try others for 5$ each. The back of the store is their cafe (around 6 tables) and they have they have tea flights and an afternoon tea (1 pot of tea and two scones) I highly recommend their tea service and the scones were delicious! I got the normal vanilla scones with the tea as well as the white chocolate lavendar."

"I have been going to the tea shop in Millerton and buying through their mail order for about 30 years now. The tea room is amazing to experience, two walls of floor to ceiling tea tins. They brew sample cups of teas that you want to try. Over the years, I regularly have on hand their Earl Grey Supreme, which I love because with most Earl Greys, the bergamot dominates the flavor profile. I don't like bergamot! But in the Supreme blend, bergamot is a minor note in the flavor profile. The Tropical Green is my all time favorite! The Jasmine, the Assam, the Dragon Pearls are some of my other favorites blended by Harney & Sons."

"Went on a weekday afternoon, ordered the cream tea which came with a teapot of my choice and 2 scones with cream and preserves. I ended up ordering the paris for my tea of choice recommended by the staff. Total $15.24. The vibes were nice and the scones were delightful. Nice relaxing atmosphere with tea and a sweet treat. Overall 8.5/10."

"I was looking forward to trying their signature Vanilla scones for 3 days before I finally made it out to the city last Saturday. I decided to run a few errands before heading over to have a late afternoon tea. I arrived at 5pm, excited and already drooling at that point. However, I was told that everything but the Pumpkin Spice and White Chocolate Lavender was completely sold out for the day. I hate pumpkin spice, and in my humble opinion, lavender only belongs in soaps and lotions. I ended up trying 5 different teas and bought a few types of tea, loose and in sachets. I also bought a Blueberry Earl Grey Tea Jam, some Earl Grey Infused Scottish Short Bread, and two lip balms. Overall, the service was great, the environment was welcoming, Not getting to try their vanilla scones was entirely my own fault. I would 100% recommend this place and I have already sent my teenage daughter out to Manhattan to get me these scones as I'm typing out this review."

"I love tea and this was absolutely a wonderful experience. I was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of teas but also I was like a kid in a candy store. The packaging was so beautiful and I immediately thought about reusing them as decorative pieces. What I enjoyed most was chatting with the tea sommelier's and trying the delicious samples they had to try. I loved that you can try a tea sample of your choosing for free and then $3 for any other samples. This was a great way to try a tea to be sure you like it before buying. Service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. They also had a sit down area to try tea and get tea to go. I also loved how the had the tea like a library with a ladder to get them, so cute, library of teas. I definitely bought tea to bring back home but will definitely be ordering from them until I can get back to NY to visit again."
