"Went here just now to get a drink for my brother and I. The service was fine, we got our drinks in less than two minutes. The issue came after we got our drinks. One step outside and my brother accidentally drops his drink (the one on the right, which is the second one after the first one spilled). The two workers behind the counter see this happening in real time as we were right by the door getting ready to leave when his drink dropped. My brother seemed bummed out so I went to go get a replacement one. As I'm ordering, one of the workers is looking outside at the clearly spilled drink as shown in the first picture. I assumed that they were going to be nice enough to at least offer a replacement as it spilled before we were fully out of the store, but no. I understand that product is product and it costs money to make another drink, but for a drink that's only $7 I feel as though having a satisfied customer is worth more than that."

"Ok look this place is nice and the boba is chewy but the size of the drinks??? Help this was a medium and it wasn’t even the size of my balm but smaller😭 mind you my hands are small already so for their size to be this small is kind of crazy… for a medium too, almost 7 dollars plus tax. This at most is a size small not medium. Feels like I got scammed, 1/4 of it was ice. 😭😭"

"I really really love going to this place, options are plenty and being able to control how your drink taste is such a plus, workers are lovely and pretty patient. Whenever I have the time, I make sure I can stop there before heading to work. For the price, the cups sizes are more than worth it. I've bought so many different teas at my own expense just so my co-workers can all try it out."
