"They've been a strong brand since the 1800's with a reputation for the highest quality chocolate. I often get their dark chocolate bars, raspberry chocolate bars, and peppermint bark. This store has every possible flavor and also their handmade ice cream. I love the "Mint Bliss Hot Fudge Sundae". I'm okay with premium prices for high quality, but the chocolate dipped strawberries are a joke at $5.99 for each one (it seems like a typical store bought strawberry). Otherwise, these chocolates are definitely my favorite!"

"Stopped in recently to pickup some treats for a friend. I must say that although it doesn't smell as alluring as the Ghirardelli store in San Francisco, it certainly delivered the goods. Aside from all the delicious Ghirardelli chocolate products, the store has a full counter bar with ample seating. On the menu as can imagine are all sorts of chocolate treats like my favorite the Treasure Island Warm Brownie Sundae. The menu also features cookies, brownies, cocoa, and awesome thick shakes. This is a great addition to the Herald Square shopping district."

"We stopped in pretty late into the evening and the two sweet gals that were working were an absolute delight! Very helpful and very fun! I'm sure their days are crazy long and not always the best dealing with tourists but they made the experience for us! We are avid Disneyland people and have to get a frozen hot chocolate where we can! I was extremely excited to grab one while exiting rhe Empire state building! Very grateful to the staff here!"

"My first time ever visiting their. I've always told myself I'm gonna visit and I finally did. I had a great time there. It smells just like chocolate 🍫 and they have all different varieties of chocolate there. I enjoy a delicious sundae."
