"If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to use the kiosk as I was not greeted with the worker to place an order. The kiosk said my order wasn’t processed however the money was taken out of my bank account. I explained the issue & showed my bank statement & it wasn’t enough. I ended up leaving without a drink & losing out on $7.10"

"Best. Boba. Ever. From the kind staff to the sweet drinks to the swift and reliable service, Boba Tea Time is hands down the best boba place to visit. My friend and I go all of the time. We order our brown sugar dirty boba (highly recommend) and spend our time laughing and sipping at the tables--coziest place to bond right here. It is so nice to have a place in the Bronx that serves boba and absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS waffles. This place is a staple in one of my closest friendships. This place got me through the flu. The prices + rewards system is incredible too. I ADORE YOU BOBA TEA TIME. Go support an amazing business, give your taste buds a blessing, and make some memories ‼️‼️‼️"

"The tea was not the best but i will try other flavors next time. I got Carmel bubble milk tea and it just tastes like regular Lipton tea with milk and sugar. My friend got coconut and it was pretty good. The bubbles were fine too. The place is small but nice and clean"
