"Very good Boba spot! John the owner was very friendly, great at cracking jokes, and boldy proclaimed he had the best Boba in town. I got the vanilla latte and it was quite delicious. Will be back!"

"Great tea, great ice cream, staff is the best happy and kind, I would recomend. Good taro tea ad well. I'm diabetic they catered to me helped me get sugarless. God bless them. Awesome."

"Favorite place to get boba - especially for my lactose intolerant guys+girlies because Boba Land makes my order with almond milk and I order the same thing every time. It hits EVERY TIME. *** I already had some huge sips before doing this review / taking this photo lolllllll sorry"

"I tried their Taro vanilla milk tea, it was so tasty, I also tried the dalgona milk tea, which was 4.5/5 , it tasted moe like biscoff than anything else. The tapioca pearls were the best though. I also tried the white bean pastry, i give that a 1/5, however my partner loved it. I tried 4 macarons: the white chocolate tasted like straight up butter, the honey lavander tasted like essential oil, the coconut macaron tasted good but slightly old, my favorite was the creme brulee macaron. Overall, I'd try the other macarons I was curious about and a different drink. The owner is very nice guy."

"Great place with a small store front. However it seems the locals all know about the place and they're kept pretty busy!! The couple that runs it are nice folks. The drinks are pretty good. They can be sugary, but they taste great and you can't really blame anybody but yourself! It is a bubble tea place after all. It's curious how such a fob Chinese thing is now also Korean right!?"
