"Nice staff Good quality jewelry Paid part cash and part card for purportedly a $96 item. $60 cash and then was charged $46.70 on card because of “tax.” I understand if I was paying all card but tax on $36 isn’t $10.70. Seemed shady. Even full tax on $96 isn’t $10.70. If I was paying all cash, would’ve been $96 flat. Otherwise positive experience."

"Went in to get a naval piercing, my piercer was Dez. Unfortunately my belly button was pierced pretty crooked which was upsetting considering how anxious I was to get it in the first place. No one told me it was crooked when the piercing was done. You could clearly see the dot he drew on to mark where it should go, and how far off the piercing was from that dot. I went back into the shop a couple days after and talked with Yolanda who is really sweet and knowledgeable, and she offered to re- pierce it for me so that it would be straight( I declined as I am prone to fainting and going through that once was enough). But it was reassuring to talk to her. Overall the people in the shop took care of me afterwards because I almost fainted but I am disappointed that the piercing is noticeably crooked."
